Registration open March 15th - May 25th, 2021

  • Registration for the 2021 Indiana State Games is $40 per athlete for unlimited entry of sporting events

  • Regardless of event, athletes must register individually and pay the 2021 $40 registration fee.

  • Team Sports Registration will remain open until September 1st. All athletes in team sports must register individually. There is no additional team fee.

  • 25+ sporting events to choose from

  • Some events have additional fees to cover that sporting event expenses
    Cycling $5   |  Track & Field $5 | Swimming $5  |  Power Walk $5  |  Race Walk $5  |  Pickleball $10
  • Some events have fees paid onsite to the venue upon arrival of that sport
    Bowling     |     Golf
  • Some events requires an additional separate registration for that sport
    Running Road Race Events: 5K    |    Running Road Race Events: 5K    |   Triathlon    |     Disc Golf
  • In addition to participating if you are over 50. Some events are also available to those age 40-49 for participation. Events include:
    Archery and Archery 3D
    Cross Country
    Disc Golf
    Urban Hike
  • Events are in five (5) year age increments:
    50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99, 100+
  • Age for 2021 Indiana State Games is determined by age as of Dec 31, 2021. Example: If you are 59 competing in any event this year but will turn 60 in November, you will be in the 60-64 age bracket when you register (even though you have not turned 60 yet). Your age bracket will automatically place you in the age you will be as of the end of the year.
  • Medals awarded to all 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers. 
  • Medals will be awarded in order placed regardless of state an athlete resides.
  • Qualification will be awarded to the top four (4) finishers in each age bracket. Please note: an Indiana athlete cannot be displaced for a National qualification position. Example: If the top four finishes are from Ohio, Ohio will advance the top four athletes for that event, but the very next four Indiana athletes will also advance to the National Senior Games in 2022.

  • Due to the disruptions caused by the pandemic, and out of abundance of caution, the National Senior Games in Fort Lauderdale, Florida have been postponed to May 10-23, 2022.
