Indiana State Games – Fit and 50 is an annual athletic event competition for those ages 50 and over. With both recreational and competitive sporting events to choose from, there is something for everyone! Events include: archery, badminton, basketball, bowling, cycling, disc golf, golf, horseshoes, pickelball, race walk, racquetball, Recreation Day, road race, shuffleboard, softball, swimming, table tennis, tennis, track and field, triathlon and volleyball!

Indiana State Games encourages participants to remain active or to get active and in shape while competing with others of the same age and gender. The Indiana State Games is the official Senior Games site for the state of Indiana. The 2018 events will be the qualifying site for the athletes to complete in hopes of winning medals to advance to the National Senior Games to be held in 2019. It is never too late to get into the game.

Community training events and clubs will be forming to provide those over the age of 50 a social and welcoming environment to participate in activity to increase quality of life.
